CCMS Demo 

We held a demo of the new CCMS on April 28, 2025. Here’s a recording of that session. It covers (1) the current Academic Guide vs the new Catalog, (2) course management in CCMS, and (3) program management in CCMS. Watching this video will give users a sense of how to navigate and fill out a form, as well as what resources and information is available. Note, the video is only accessible to people logged in with a UC Berkeley account.

 

 

Key Dates

Below are some key dates as we get ready for the July 15 Go Live.

• May 2 Deadline to submit course proposals for final COCI meeting
• May 9 Final COCI Meeting – Courses approved during this meeting will be moved into CCMS. Any un-approved courses will need to be downloaded by the department / college for Fall
• May 23 Deadline to download unapproved proposal from CMS
• May 17 Commencement
• June 1-30 Program contacts will have access to review their programs in the catalog
• June 16-26 Course & Program Training (LIVE, ONLINE)
• July 1 Catalog Goes Live
• July 9 – Aug 1 CCMS Office Hours
• July 15 CCMS Go Live
• Aug 12-13  Course Contact Annual Training (LIVE, ONLINE)
• Aug 14-15  Catalog Editing Walkthrough (LIVE, ONLINE)
• Aug 20 Semester begins
• Aug 22 COCI meeting

• Aug 27 Instruction begins

Training Sessions

We currently have the following training scheduled. These are live online sessions, which will be recorded and uploaded to this page for those unable to attend.
